What is your return and exchange policy?
We proudly offer a 60-day guaranteed return policy. Reach out to our support team and they will assist you in returning your unused items. For your convenience, return shipping labels will be provided free of charge. Just make sure to provide either your Order ID or proof of purchase.
To ease your mind, we also offer a 12-month guaranteed manufacturing defect warranty. This warranty covers production defects and not the regular wear & tear of the product.

What is the Subscribe & Save Plan?
Our Subscribe & Save Plan is a convenient way to save money and ensure a consistent stock of your favourite ZenART Supplies products. It allows members to save money on your recurring bulk purchases. Do you buy art supplies regularly for a group of artists? The whole class? Or for your own art practice? Membership only costs $6.95 per month and will be charged to your account on the same date of the month that you purchased the plan, i.e. if you purchased the plan on 19th of January, you will be charged for the plan on the 19th of each month you are a Subscribe & Save Plan member.

Why isn't my discount code working?
There are a couple of reasons your discount code may not be working.
- Are you trying to use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be used at a time.
- Are you trying to use the code on a one-time purchase or subscribe & save item? Subscriptions, promotions, & bundles are not eligible with codes since they are already discounted.
- Are you meeting all of the requirements for the promotion? All of the products added that need to be added? Is there a minimum purchase required? Is it only for a specific product?

What safer solvent alternatives do you recommend?
Your health and environmental safety is our highest concern. To protect your self and the environment, we suggest replacing solvents like turpentine and mineral spirits with non-toxic, natural, biodegradable, non-flammable alternatives. Some of the safer products that can also be used for cleaning and reconditioning brushes are Citrus Oil Thinners, Turpenoid Natural and Bristle Magic.

Can I dispose of solvents on my sink?
No. It is illegal and harmful to the environment to dispose of solvents by pouring them down a sink, toilet or outside drain. Take them to a waste-disposal company, specially set up for safe disposal.

Can I reuse the solvents?
Yes! You can recycle solvents by filtering and reusing them. Let a used solvent stand for a few hours to allow the pigment to settle on the bottom. After that, carefully pour the liquid into a clean jar through a paper coffee filter, taking care not to disturb the sediment. Let this new container stand for a while, to allow any pigment that may have passed through the filter to settle. Then transfer it again to a clean jar through a new coffee filter. Repeat the process if necessary, until you get a recycled solvent.

Will my reward points ever expire?
We’re happy to say that, no, all points acquired through our Rewards Program will not expire. However, the expiration of points earned through specific seasonal onsite or online activities shall be at the discretion of the ZenART Supplies founders.

What is the equivalent of these points?
Points you earn can be converted to the following:
500 Points = $5 off coupon
1000 Points = $10 off coupon
2500 Points = $25 off coupon -
Do you offer a Refer a Friend program?
Yes! Send your friend an $8 off coupon and claim your own $8 off. Here’s how it works:
A referral link will be sent to your friend with an $8 off coupon on their first $50 order. An $8 off coupon on $50 order will automatically be rewarded to your account if your friend used the link sent to them from your referral account and makes a first – time qualifying purchase with ZenART Supplies. More information here.
Note: If your referral has shopped with us before, the referral link will be automatically voided by our system. A minimum $50 purchase is required to use this coupon.
Once they successfully use your referral link, your friend will receive an $8 off coupon on $50 order, 200 points just for signing up, and points from their first purchase made while signed into their new ZenART Supplies account.

Can you charge my card if it's expired?
No. We will not be able to charge your card if it has expired. If it has expired and tries to process, you will receive an email from us letting you know that we are unable to process your order and will also provide instructions on how to update your card information.

We take our customers security very seriously. Our website is 100% secure and we follow the same security procedures as all of the big – name stores. When credit card information is transmitted to our payment processor, it is done so using SSL encryption.

How do I apply a discount code?

Why isn't my discount code working?
There are a couple of reasons your discount code may not be working.
- Are you trying to use more than one discount code? Only one discount code can be used at a time.
- Are you trying to use the code on a one-time purchase or subscribe & save item? Subscriptions, promotions, & bundles are not eligible with codes since they are already discounted.
- Are you meeting all of the requirements for the promotion? All of the products added that need to be added? Is there a minimum purchase required? Is it only for a specific product?

Can I use a discount code on a Subscribe & Save order?
Unfortunately, no, we are unable to apply a discount code on any Subscribe & Save order. With Subscribe & Save, your order is already locked in at a 15% discount and because of that, we are not able to apply another code. However, you can still apply your discount code to a different one-time order.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?
We respect your drive to clean up that inbox! If you want to opt-out of receiving our curated content and special offers, you can follow these simple steps:
Open up an email from us and scroll down to the bottom of the message. Click “Manage Your Preferences or Unsubscribe,” and you can click the “Unsubscribe” button to stop any incoming emails from our Newsletter. You can also change the frequency of these emails to fit your preference.
Please keep in mind that if you choose to unsubscribe, we’ll still send you order and shipping confirmation emails so you can track your purchases.

What safer solvent alternatives do you recommend?
Your health and environmental safety is our highest concern. To protect your self and the environment, we suggest replacing solvents like turpentine and mineral spirits with non-toxic, natural, biodegradable, non-flammable alternatives. Some of the safer products that can also be used for cleaning and reconditioning brushes are Citrus Oil Thinners, Turpenoid Natural and Bristle Magic.

Can I dispose of solvents on my sink?
No. It is illegal and harmful to the environment to dispose of solvents by pouring them down a sink, toilet or outside drain. Take them to a waste-disposal company, specially set up for safe disposal.

Can I reuse the solvents?
Yes! You can recycle solvents by filtering and reusing them. Let a used solvent stand for a few hours to allow the pigment to settle on the bottom. After that, carefully pour the liquid into a clean jar through a paper coffee filter, taking care not to disturb the sediment. Let this new container stand for a while, to allow any pigment that may have passed through the filter to settle. Then transfer it again to a clean jar through a new coffee filter. Repeat the process if necessary, until you get a recycled solvent.
