When will I receive my order?

SHIPPING IN THE US

Orders placed before 2:30 pm PST Monday to Friday ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:30 pm PST ship the next working day.

SHIPPING IN THE UK & EUROPE

Orders placed before 2:30 pm GMT Monday to Friday ship the same day.
Orders placed after 2:30 pm GMT ship the next working day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of our products ship from the USA, within the USA & North America and from the UK, within the UK & Europe. We will be shipping to more international addresses in the near future. Subscribe to our email list to receive updates when we add more countries!

Do you ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses?

We are able to ship to the USA (shipped from the USA) and in the UK & Europe (shipped from the UK). We will be shipping to more international addresses in the near future. Currently, we’re unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or to any address in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada at this time. We’re only able to ship within the continental USA.

What courier do you use to ship order?

In the US shipping to the US and North America we use: DHL, UPS, USPS
In the UK shipping to the UK and Europe we use: DPD, Yodel, Royal Mail

What courier do you use to ship order?

Yes! Free delivery applies to:
  • Orders over $50 for the US, UK, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, and SE
  • Orders over $75 for the rest of Europe
  • Cart total must meet the minimum purchase value after discounts to be eligible for free shipping.

ZenART will cover the cost of return shipping.

For your convenience, return shipping labels will be provided free of charge. Once we’ve confirmed receipt of your returned product, we will process the refund.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

We proudly offer a 60-day guaranteed return policy. Reach out to our support team and they will assist you in returning your unused items. For your convenience, return shipping labels will be provided free of charge. Just make sure to provide either your Order ID or proof of purchase.

To ease your mind, we also offer a 12-month guaranteed manufacturing defect warranty. This warranty covers production defects and not the regular wear & tear of the product.

How do I return an item for an exchange or a refund?

Reach us through support@zenartsupplies.co or via our contact form. Our customer support team is available Mondays through Fridays from 9 am - 5 pm EST for the US, 9 am - 5 pm GMT for our UK & European customers.

Note: Depending on where you live, there are different return addresses. It’s important to reach out to us first before sending back any item.

How do I return a gift?

This makes us sad, still, we’re here to help you! If you wish to return a product that was gifted to you, please notify the buyer and obtain a proof of purchase and our support team will assist you with the return.

Non-returnable and non-refundable items include:

  • Items received over 60 days ago
  • eGift cards and coupons
  • Downloadable resources
  • Online courses
  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

Refunds shall be sent back to your original payment method 15 days from the time we’ve confirmed receipt of your returned product. Returns must be processed within 60 days from delivery to be eligible for a refund.

  • Check your bank account or contact your credit card company. There may be occasions when transfers take longer than usual to post officially.
  • Contact your bank. We might be missing your bank’s official processing time.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@zenartsupplies.co and we’ll help you.
